As a National Lender I work with a ton of "not so great" realtors.
Realtors that are clearly not in it for their clients and are just throwing things against the wall in hopes of a paycheck. Because of this I have a habit of warning my clients along the way when working with a new agent, just to make sure they are getting the service they deserve. In the case with the clients I shared with Steph, she was one step ahead the entire time. I'd mention something to my clients and before they could ask, she'd be calling them with the info.
